He and his wife, Heidi, grew up in Faribault, Minnesota and have been married 35 years.  They have three children and three grandchildren. Gregg has a BA in business and theology (Bethel College, 1981) and a MDiv (Bethel Theological Seminary, 1985).  He has served as youth pastor, adjunct preaching professor, church planting coach, and Chief Learning Officer.

Tim has a passion for preaching the Gospel, church planting, adoption, and feasting with the poor.
