Lead Pastor at Christ Redeemer Church Cottage Grove, MN

Full - Time

Christ Redeemer Church is seeking a Lead Pastor, whose primary responsibilities are Preaching, Vision and Leadership Development.

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a heart for discipleship and evangelism, will relate well with people of all ages, and will creatively adapt to new ways of impacting the congregation and the community without compromising God’s Word. He will implement visionary leadership toward our mission of seeking to treasure Christ on mission together.

PASTOR FOR DISCIPLESHIP at THE NORTH CHURCH Mounds View, MN

 Full-Time

This pastoral role serves the church by developing and managing our discipleship ministries. This will include, but is not limited to, small groups, our discipleship pathway, adult classes, and membership classes. These discipleship efforts should aim to teach the congregation to observe all that Jesus commanded (Matt 28:20) and cultivate community marked by mutual care. This role will partner with the other ministries of the church to provide appropriately overlapping care.

Pastor for Youth at BETHLEHEM BAPTIST CHURCH Minneapolis, MN

Full - Time

This full-time role serves the church by shepherding Junior High and Senior High students, as well as sharing in broader pastoral responsibilities.
