Church Planting Pathway
-
Step one is simply getting to know us better. Visit the About Us page to explore who we are as a network—you’ll find helpful insight into our theology, gospel aroma, and church attributes.
-
Next, connect with a leader from our network by clicking the Connect button and filling out the form. This initial conversation will help us decide the best next steps together. You can also connect with us by attending a Treasuring Christ Together Network event—head over to the Events page to find one near you.
-
After you’ve connected with a network leader, the next step is to apply for membership. This application gives us a deeper look into your life, your sense of calling, and the unique context of your ministry. It helps our team thoughtfully consider whether a partnership with the Treasuring Christ Together Network could be a good next step. Once we receive your application, we’ll take time to review it carefully. If it feels like the right fit, we’ll invite you into the Assessment Process, which includes a theological interview and an in-person assessment.
After a few conversations with a network leader, and it feels like a good fit for us all, the next step is to apply for partnership. This application gives us a deeper look into your life, your philosophy of ministry, your giftings, and the unique context of your ministry. Once the application is complete we will walk through the rest of the process which includes a theological interview and in-person assessment.
-
Church planters who progress from Step 3 will be invited, with their wives, to attend an Assessment. This assessment will be conducted by 3-5 leaders within the network and helps determine whether the couple is a good fit for the Treasuring Christ Together Network.
Church planters who advance beyond Step 3 will be invited, along with their wives, to take part in an Assessment. This time together, led by 3 to 5 leaders from the Treasuring Christ Together Network, provides space to prayerfully and thoughtfully discern if the couple is well-suited for partnership with the network.
-
Once approved to plant with the Treasuring Christ Together Network, you will experience the benefits of the Christ treasuring partnership shared by member churches.
